Dear Clients,

We are currently recommending masks be worn at all times in the clinic but they are not required for entry. We are allowing 2 members of the pet's family inside our exam rooms as long as a mask is worn while in the exam room, physical distancing guidelines are followed, hand sanitizer is used and you do not have COVID, cold or flu symptoms. Based on these changes, below are some important updates to our operating policies.

1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!

2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

We are on an "open waiting room" policy currently. When you arrive, please come inside at your designated appointment time to avoid extended waits in the lobby. If you are coming to purchase food, medications or any other over the counter products, please come right in and we will be happy to serve you.
We are happy to say that we are now able to allow TWO members of your household to accompany your pet inside for their examination, as long as you bring a mask of your own to wear while inside the exam rooms, use hand sanitizer upon entry and do not have any COVID, cold or flu symptoms.
Continue the use of debit and credit cards as the preferred payment method.
Continue to encourage the use of our online store and home delivery options for food, medications and other products. To place an order through our online store, visit our website and click on "Online Store".

3. ONLINE CONSULTATIONS ARE AVAILABLE

If you wish to connect with a veterinarian via message, phone or video, visit our website and follow the "Online Consultation" link.

4. OPERATING HOURS ARE BACK TO NORMAL

Monday to Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
*We are no longer closed over the lunch hour.
