Dr. Shannon Gruen, DVM

Dr. Shannon Gruen's long-standing love of cats started in her hometown of Grand Forks, BC. That love in addition to her passion of meeting and working with all sorts of people prompted her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After graduating high school, Dr. Gruen moved to Kamloops and completed a Bachelor in Animal Biology in 2009. She graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Dr. Gruen then worked in rural Saskatchewan and Saskatoon until moving back to Kamloops in 2019. Dr. Gruen loves spending time with her partner Steve, and her two kiddos Everett and Jonas. She has an ever changing menagerie of animals that always has to include cats!
